The full LED front headlight features the signature lighting style of the latest Aprilia generation, complete with integrated turn signals. The instrumentation uses an effective 5-inch TFT colour instrument while the handlebar controls are backlit.

The Aprila RS 457 is powered by an ultra-modern and technological liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine with dual camshaft timing and four valves per cylinder, capable of 35 KW of power. The Aprilia RS 457's power-to-weight ratio is simply unbeatable, thanks to its 159 kg dry weight.

The new engine is matched by a rigorous chassis: the aluminium frame makes the Aprilia RS 457 unique among bikes in its segment and brings with it all the design expertise honed over decades of track wins. The engine block is used as a load-bearing element, a solution borrowed from the RS 660, which guarantees weight containment, dynamic qualities and absolute riding pleasure.

Ride by Wire, introduced to MotoGP by none other than Aprilia, combines with three riding modes that regulate power output, torque and traction control (which also has three settings), while Quickshift electronic gear change, available as a factory option, is just what you’d expect from a true sports bike.

The RS 457 heralds the arrival of three colours that celebrate the very essence of the RS.
The contrast of red details against the dark background of the Prismatic Dark option is a homage to Aprilia’s fascinating history. With its iconic combination of red, black and purple, Racing Stripes is clearly inspired by MotoGP, finished with a nod to the RS-GP in the form of the word “Aprilia” emblazoned on the front win.
The revolutionary and instantly recognisable Opalescent Light conceals the innate aggressive attitude of the RS beneath an elegant shade of white.
